    Wholesale Policy:

    Wholesale & Export acceptable, The prices are based on US Dollar.

     

    1. You are requested to send the Wholesale Application Form to info@danceyou.com before you place any order.
    2. Our Customer Service team will evaluate your form and work out the wholesale discount rate for you. And then we will send the official Discount Code to you via email. You can use this code before you make the final payment online.
    3. Orders:

    There is a minimum order of USD1000.00 after discount for initial orders and a minimum of USD200.00 for re-orders.

    Payment Terms:
    Mostly Paypal and Western Union.
    To be considered for billing terms, please email your request to info@danceyou.com.

    Return Policy:
    Please open and inspect your entire order upon receipt. All claims of shortage and defect must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. There are no returns or exchanges of any kinds of goods. All merchandise returned because of damage or defect must be in its original packaging and unworn. For exchanges, re-shipment charges will apply.

    Returns are not permitted without an RID number clearly marked on the outside of the package. To obtain an RID number for a return please contact info@danceyou.com. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

    Pricing, Availability & Contract:
    Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
     

    A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been shipped to you.


    Shipping:
    We ship worldwide from our warehouses based in Australia and China via international express (UPS, DHL, FedEx and TNT) or priority postal service unless otherwise specified by the customers and depending on your delivery address and goods’ volume. Your service specialist will coordinate with you before shipping.

     

    Back-orders:

    Utmost effort will be made to ship your order complete. In the event an item is found to be out of stock, we will notify you before the remainder of your order ships and that item will automatically be cancelled. Please understand we are not able to allow back orders.
